At Crystal Queens, every piece is handmade with care and intention. Your satisfaction means everything to us, and we stand fully behind the quality of our work.
Exchanges
We don't offer returns, but we happily accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for an exchange:
- Your item must be unused and in its original condition
- You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on exchanges. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Quality Guarantee
We stand behind every bracelet we make. If your piece breaks or has a defect within 90 days of purchase, we will repair or replace it — free of charge, no questions asked.
Just contact us with your order details and a photo of the issue and we'll make it right.
Custom & Personalized Items
Custom and personalized orders are final sale and are not eligible for exchanges. If there is a defect or quality issue with a custom piece, our 90-day quality guarantee still applies.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you received a damaged item or the wrong order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will resolve it immediately at no cost to you.
